Club Notes  The next text session is set for Sunday, May 18th at 6:45am-12:45pm at the Triangle SportsPlex, Hillsborough, NC.
Mark your calendars for the 2008 Spring General Membership Meeting set for Saturday, May 17th, at the Triangle SportsPlex in Hillsborough, NC. Club Ice has two 45-minute freestyle sessions. Session A is from 10:45-11:30am and Session B is from 11:30am-12:15pm. Last Club Ice date until the Summer vacation is Saturday, May 17th.

CCSC to Host the 2006 U.S. Adult Eastern Sectional Championships and 2006 Central Carolina Adult Classic
The Central Carolina Skating Club is excited to be hosting the 2006 U.S. Adult Eastern Sectional Championships on February 17-19, 2006, at the Triangle SportsPlex. Along with this qualifying competition, CCSC will also be hosting the Central Carolina Adult Classic, a non-qualifying competition for adult skaters. Visit the 2006 Adult Eastern Sectionals Webpage.
Survey of Adult Figure Skaters

Dr. Cynthia Ferrara, a member of the U.S. Figure Skating Sports Medicine Society, is conducting a research study to examine health, exercise and training habits,injuries, and nutritional habits of adult skaters (recreational and competitive). She is looking for figure skaters that are 25 years or older, love to skate, and want to contribute to the knowledge about adult skaters. The study involves completing a health history form and questionnaire (can be done by email or postal mail). For more information visit the U.S. Figure Skating Adult Technical Information Page.
