2010 Central Carolina Skating Classic - Basic Skills Application Due
Club Notes  The test sessions for the 2009-2010 year have been posted. The next test session is set for Sunday, February 7t at the Triangle SportsPlex in Hillsborough, NC.
CCSC will be hosting three competitions during the 2009-2010 year: The 2009 Central Carolina Synchro Classic which took place on Sunday, November 8th, the 2010 Eastern Adult Sectional Figure Skating Championships on February 20-21, and the 2010 Central Carolina Skating Classic on April 8-11.
The Helen M. McLoraine Figure Skating Scholarship Program
The Pioneer Fund has established a scholarship program to assist eligible current and former amateur and professional ice skaters who dedicated their lives to skating and now wish to pursue a college education. For more information and to apply for a scholarship visit The Pioneer Fund website.

Welcome to the website of the Central Carolina Skating Club, Inc. (CCSC), a member club (#497) of U.S. Figure Skating. CCSC was established in July 1995. Its headquarters is at the Triangle SportsPlex in Hillsborough, NC. CCSC is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization because of our support of the U.S. Figure Skating mission of "providing programs to encourage participation and achievement in the sport of figure skating."

The 2010 Central Carolina Skating Classic is set to take place on Thursday, April 8th through Sunday, April 11th, at the Triangle SportsPlex in Hillsborough, NC. It will offer computerized International Judging System for all Juvenile through Senior level events for the fifth straight year. It will also offer the Test Track events and a Basic Skills competition.

The 2010 Eastern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships are taking place this weekend in Lowell, MA. The Intermediate Team has qualified for Nationals with a 2nd place finish! Here are results and upcoming events:

CCSC Apparel Online
CCSC has partnered with In-Line Apparel to offer quality CCSC apparel. The items offered in the CCSC section of In-Line Apparel's web store are available year round. There are fleece jackets and vests, sweatshirts, shirts, hats, pants, and bags. You can put your name on certain items.
Shelley Faucette has examples of the jackets for members to try on for sizing. Email Shelley with requests and she'll bring the jackets to the next Club Ice or other CCSC event.
